Me llamo Diego González, llevo años formándome con algunos de los mejores pasteleros y maestros del chocolate, con los que he tenido el enorme placer de aprender y trabajar.

Fué tras mi paso por la Escuela Le Cordon Bleu de Madrid, cuando descubrí las maravillas que se pueden hacer con una buena materia prima y algo de creatividad.

Quiero compartir con vosotros mi pasión por la pastelería y mis conocimientos adquiridos, para que de una forma sencilla y amena, bien con fines profesionales o amateur, aprendáis las técnicas más innovadoras
